29bbd Terms & Conditions

To register and use the 29bbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, Bangladesh.
• You must not have a pre-existing 29bbd account that is active, suspended, or under review.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

When registering a 29bbd account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any detail changes. The following information is required at registration:

• Full legal name as it appears on your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Active mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• A valid email address that you control.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 29bbd will require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. You will be asked to upload a clear photograph of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, together with a recent selfie photograph. All documents must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. The verification process is typically completed within a few hours of document submission. 29bbd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point if there is a reasonable need to verify your identity, age, or payment method.

29bbd accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bangladesh bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh banks.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard where available.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. 29bbd does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24 hours of approval.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be met in full before the balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 29bbd are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed a qualifying deposit as specified in the offer terms.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms. Until the rollover is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the wagering requirement being met.
• 29bbd reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, bonus manipulation, or breach of these terms.
• Free spins won as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable offer terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

By placing a bet or participating in a casino game on 29bbd, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the platform.
• 29bbd reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or game entry.
• Cricket betting markets are subject to specific event rules. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, applicable cricket betting rules will determine the settlement of affected bets.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a bet or game session, 29bbd will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable game provider rules and 29bbd's internal technical review process. 29bbd is not liable for losses attributable to your own internet connection, device failure, or power interruption. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side error on the 29bbd platform, the affected stake will be refunded to your account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29bbd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Opening or operating multiple 29bbd accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players, sports participants, or any third party in a manner that is intended to defraud 29bbd or obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Using the 29bbd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other unlawful purpose.

29bbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• The player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 6.
• The player has requested account closure for any reason, including self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy. Player-requested closures will be processed within 24 hours and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

29bbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time from account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 29bbd account.
• Session time reminders — receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily pause your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or for an extended term close your account. 29bbd will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

All content on the 29bbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 29bbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the 29bbd platform without the express prior written consent of 29bbd. The 29bbd name and logo are trademarks of 29bbd. Nothing in these terms grants you any right or licence to use those marks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 29bbd shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including outages, maintenance periods, or disconnections beyond 29bbd's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, even if 29bbd has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these terms, including failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

29bbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 29bbd will notify registered players by email or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the 29bbd platform after the updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These terms and your use of the 29bbd platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 29bbd's internal complaints process will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures communicated to you at the time of escalation.
